Who We Are
- FW Photographers Club
- Fort Wayne, Indiana
- We are an organization of photographers. We consider ourselves ordinary people that gather for the love of photography and happen to be good at it. The skill level of the club ranges from the person that has purchased their first camera, to the seasoned professionals who have been in "the business" for many years. We meet to advance our knowledge base and practice the science and art of photography.

I love photography because I can be creative without dragging out all of my papers, paints, inks, brushes...etc. It allows me creativity with the minimul of preparation.
I love being able to capture that moment in time, freeze, and share it with others.
I love photography for its historical preservation. I can look at a photo from long ago and get an idea of the life then, I can take a picture now and realize that it will be keeping track of history for future generations.
I love photography for the thrill of trying to capture that elusive shot....
I love capturing emotion. The essence of who a person is. The wisdom or innocense in their eyes. Freezing moments in time and being able to share them with those that weren't there. Those are the things that I love about photography.
